Its best-known variant is the escape rooms in which, locked in a themed room, you have to follow a series of clues to solve all the tests and achieve your goal in a short time. Our games are not scary experiences and take place in large rooms. Depending on the game you choose, the door may or may not be closed, but don't worry, even if the door is actually closed, all our rooms have emergency buttons - located right next to the door - that will allow you to open the door if necessary. In any case, remember that you have a game master observing and controlling your game, so if at any point in the experience you feel uncomfortable, you can always communicate with him.

Don't worry, our games are adapted for both beginner groups and more expert teams. No specific prior knowledge is required, just your logic, imagination and team communication. In addition, you will have the help of a game master, who will help you during the course of the game if he sees that you need help.

Our games are available in Spanish, English or French. You will be able to select the desired language in the reservation form so that our game master can prepare the game and the tracks in the appropriate language. In the case of the French language, we do not always have French-speaking actors to welcome you and make the pre-game introduction in that language. In this case, the game can be made in French, but the introduction might have to be in Spanish or English.

It is recommended to play with comfortable clothes and shoes, and not to forget the reading glasses if you need them. In Virtual Reality experiences, we recommend contact lenses for better comfort.

The use of mobile phones, cameras, tablets or any electronic device is not allowed, as well as any object that comes from outside. A space will be enabled where you can store all your personal items, including mobile phones.

Although we do have toilets on our premises, we recommend that, wherever possible, you come prepared for a more immersive theatrical introduction.

On the page of each game it is indicated if that specific activity is adapted to minors, what is the minimum age to participate and how many minors can participate for each adult. In any case, minors must always present the participation authorization signed by a legal guardian, available in the reservation form and below. In case of non-compliance with any of the conditions, the activity cannot be carried out and the amount of the reservation will be forfeited without the right to compensation.

If they have enough mobility to bend easily, pregnant women can enjoy any of our experiences without problem. In case of having a more limited level of mobility, we can adapt the experience a bit. If in doubt, call us in advance so that we can organize your visit and receive you in the best possible conditions.

The puzzles and riddles of our escape games are very varied, so even people who are colorblind can participate without problem. In some of our experiences, there could be some element not adapted to colorblind people. In that case, you will receive the necessary help from your game master at the appropriate time of the game.

Our store has a ramp for wheelchair access as well as an accessible bathroom. Our games "Misterio Flamenco" and "Operación Steampunk" can be played or adapted to allow access by wheelchair. For reasons of space, we can only accept one wheelchair player per team. If in doubt, call us in advance so that we can organize your visit and receive you in the best possible conditions.

If you have not found an answer to your specific situation in the previous questions and you have mobility, vision, hearing or general health problems, call us before making the reservation and we will tell you if any of our games can be played or adapted to your case. Each player participates under their responsibility.

Accompanying persons are not permitted and will not be allowed to wait inside our premises. Only players who are going to participate in one of our games will be allowed to enter our premises (paying the corresponding fee).  The companions will have to wait for the group outside our facilities  without exception. 

To carry out an activity with us it is essential to make a previous reservation through our website incognitoescape.com . From the "Escapes" section, click on the game that interests you, select the date and time you want to carry out the activity and fill in the form with your data and the information of your team. Make the payment of the pre-reservation and you will receive an email confirming your reservation. Please note that even if you select a session and enter your details, your reservation will not be confirmed until you complete the payment. If you have problems making the reservation or you have not received the confirmation email, contact us.

The price of the activity depends on the selected game, the number of people in the team, and the date and time of the reservation. You will find the details of the prices by selecting a date and time in the reservation calendar of each game.

If you finally cannot attend, offer you the possibility of making one free modification of the date and time of your reservation if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Each additional modification will have an additional cost of 20€. If you still don't know when you can reschedule the activity, we will give you a period of 6 months to do it again.

Exceptionally, changes to the date and time of the reservation will be accepted within 48 hours prior to the session, if notified at least 4 hours in advance and this change entails a supplement of 20€. No changes will be accepted with less than 4 hours notice, under any circumstances, the reservation will be lost without the right to a refund.

There will be no cancellations, or money refunds under any circumstances not even cases of force majeure. Let us know as far in advance as possible to ensure that we can make the change you want.

To do so, go to the "Gifts" section of our website, select the game you want to gift, the number of people you want to include in the voucher, and complete the payment directly from our website. You will instantly receive an email with the voucher in PDF format.

Access the game page for which you have a gift voucher from the Escapes section of our website. Click on Redeem gift voucher and follow the instructions to reserve a date and time. Check the expiration date indicated on your gift voucher, it is the last day you can use it. If you ask prior its expiration, you can extend its duration for an additional 6 months paying a supplement of 20€. Once the voucher has expired, you will not be able to use it or claim its amount.

We expect you at the exact time of your reservation, neither before nor after. If you arrive early, you will have to wait outside until your scheduled time, as we might be with another group or preparing your session. If you don't remember the exact time of your reservation, we encourage you to check your confirmation email.

If you are late, we will have to take time away from your game session. After 15 minutes of delay your reservation will be canceled with no option to reschedule it, nor refund. We appreciate that, in case of delay, you notify us by phone.
